any traffic between ipcc pc agent and CCM

Is there any traffic between pc agent and CCM? Customer try to block the unnecessary traffic from the data network to avvid servers. They have pc agent, and I know agent need to talk to IPCC but how about with CCM? I guess no, want to get a confirmation from you guys. Thanks

If we're talking Express, yes, the agent desktop does need to talk directly to the CCM. May with Enterprise as well, but not familiar with that. Note the next time you logon, it will say "Connecting to CTI Server". When it does this, it is accessing the CCM specified under Subsystems JTAPI.
