Hi All,
I have UCCX 7.0 i see that int Real time report in the application task that some of the applications is running for an unusually long time and this affect on our system make the sessions of available IVR Ports reduce. I want to terminate these application from running.

Hi Ossama,
Are you saying that some of the calls are in stuck state and consuming the license IVR ports?
If you want to clear these stuck calls, please restart the UCCX engine\box.

Hi Ossama,
These are due to stuck sessions. Please try the following:
-Restart the cisco desktop synch service
-Restart the cisco reccording and statistics service
-Restart the cisco enterprise service
If its a HA setup, do so on both nodes. This should clear the stuck sessions.

I restarted all the services that you mentioned it before and dont effect to the stuck applications. any solution you have to help to fix this problem???
