AQM cisco Recording has no sound and Energy data is flat line

I have a base server and a cluster of recording servers.

My recording server generates the media files and I can see them in the GUI.

However, when I try to play the file there is no sound and the energy data is a flat line (see picture attached).

Any ideas for this case?

Hi,

Are you using a hardphone or a softphone. In case of CIPC kindly uncheck the checkbox of Optimise the Bandwidh.

I have experianced this problem when there is a codec issue.
