Hello,
We currently have Cisco AQM 8.5 integrated with UCCX 8.6 and our customer no longer has a requirement for screen recording and evaluations. Is there a simple way to disable these features without having to request a new license? They only require CR but may want to perform evaluations at a later date. Desktop recording is currently configured due to agents distributed across multiple sites.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Ray

Hello Raymond,
You will need to go into the Quality Management Administrator software and disable the "Screen Recording Upload" function on the Quality Management Workflows that have been created for evaluation purposes.
Enterprise->Recordings->Quality Management->Workflows->(your workflow goes here)->RINGING Event->Actions->Screen Recording Upload
If you are not performing any more evaluations and only want recording for compliance purposes, you can then also delete the Quality Managenent workflows themselves.
Don't delete the Archive Workflows though - they determine whose calls get recorded for compliance purposes. If you don't need those calls then you could even go so far as to shutting down your QM system.
The QM administrator uses a separate username and password to normal logins. If you don't have that username and password then you will need to contact TAC for advice.
Good luck, and please let me know if this has helped you any.
