Is there any way to generate an audible alert of when a call is in queue and no agents are in a ready status? IPCC Express.

Not naively. This would be difficult to engineer due to the nature of the RTP stream (directly from the PSTN gateway to the IP phone). The user can see this in the CAD or IPPA UI though.

I wrote an applicatoin that runs on the phones that checks queue stats and sends alerts to the phone.
