We are using CVP & ICM 10.5 where audio files from CVP are running well in ICM script but the files we recorded are not playing ..where the audio format is same as Audio file already there in CVP audio folder..attached is the file "CCAM_PM.wav" which is default audio from CVP...& file we recorded is "SAF_SafImpMenu_invalid_entry_error.wav"
What should be the reason where file format is same for both the *.wav file

this audio file played successfully..
Any changes you done in the file format....what is previous & current file format..
can you share which tool you use to do this change

If I had to take a guess... you probably only play g711alaw and the file you have is ulaw. I used Audacity to import the file... i double checked to make sure it was Mono 8000 Hz... I then exported it (File > Export > Export Audio...)
Save as type: Other uncompressed files
Header: WAV (Microsoft)
Encoding: A-LAW
