Hi,
we configured a UCCX with Finesse client v12.
A Contact Service Queue is configured with Automatic Wrapup enabled and Wrapup Time of 30 sec.
I configured in finesse admin some reason codes, wrapup codes and so on.
I configure in finesse admin a work flow of voice with an action if a call ends.
I configured this action as: Typ: Brower-POP, Finesse-Desktop, Browser-URL: wrapUpReason
Now, if the call ends, the wrapup-reason field(?) is marked in finesse client, but it didn't pop up. We have to cklick it to select a reason. Something I missed in configuration? Or maybe a browser problem? we use Mozilla Firefox 72.0.1 or Chrome 79.0.3945.130.
