Backup Script & promts

Is there any way so that we can take backup of Script & promts ussed in uccx

we are having some 80-90 promts which is very difficult to take backup of individual same is for script

Hi Vijay

In Prompt Mgmt, just click on the actual 'folder' icon on the left at the top level (e.g. language, EN_US or whatever, or a lower level folder) and you'll get a long pause (be patient) then a ZIP of the folder will download.

The same applies for downloading scripts - just click the 'folder' icon next to 'default'.
