Hi,
I tried to read on Cisco documents about the difference between Basic and Advanced IVR Ports, but I did not understand.
Anyone can help me to understand the differnces, when I need each type, what I can configure?
Regards,

Essentially basic IVR ports (included in CCX Enhanced and Standard) cannot perform HTTP, ODBC, or other off-box integration options. Take a look at the feature matrix that shows what additional functionality is included in CCX Premium (the only edition which uses Advanced IVR ports).
One major caveat to be aware of: Enhanced ports are not counted and only limited by the platform or product limitations. Advanced ports are counted; you get two ports for every CCX Premium seat you purchase.
