Anyone have success using BAT to swap large numbers of phones for the Application user tied to the peripheral gateway of CCE?
We're running 12.5 SU6 UCM and 12.5.1 PCCE and we're preparing to send a decent number of users home on the weekend to take ACD calls. They prefer to use their desk phones in office and only use Jabber SW phones on the weekends. The issue is that we have to swap between those devices on the application user tied to the PG, first on Friday then back on Sunday. A huge headache.
In the past we've just had a bunch of people do it manually in the UCM Admin but now they want to see it every weekend.
I'm looking at using BAT export then import but wow, that is going to be ugly to try and update easily on the .csv.
We have a provisioning tool, Akkadians PME but so far, not having great luck getting a good bulk job to run.
Any ideas out there by chance?
