Blind Transfer Call Routed to Agents Again

We are using UCCX 9.0 setup.

We have 2 different application that Main Application and Survey Application.

Agent will do Blind Transfer after speaking with customer for reaching Survey application.

Some of the Customer is disconnecting the call during the time of the blind transfer process.

In this scenario, the Blind Transfer call is routed to agents again.

When I checked with Cisco PDI Help desk, they told me that it could be achieved by UCCX Scripting.


is it possible to disconnect the call using application if customer disconnect the call in Blind Transfer Process.

if it is possible, Which parameter i need to use in UCCX script.


Please help me on this.
