CAD 4.4.1 phonebook question

Is there a way to create a phonebook and make it visable to only certain agents without using the personal phone book?

If not is there a way to prevent the agents from being able to edit their personal phone book?

The personal phone book is editable from CAD. Click Make a call (Dialpad button). Select personal phone book and click Edit button. There you can add/update/delete numbers.

The answer to your first question is no or rather, don't know of any way to do that.
