CAD (Cisco Agent Desktop) failover time

All,

Could anybody tell me what the timeout is for CAD to fail over is? In other words how long does it need to lose communication with the primary server to perform switch?

As a second question, is there any difference in behavior between UCCX and UCCE?

There is no real clear cut answer to that question.  It is dependent on many factors and what kind of failover is being asked about.

Before providing a solution, it may be best to provide more specifics.

In general, the CAD system will failover as soon as reasonably possible (to first allow for recovery with the primary system, but not wait too long before entering failover/recovery)
