CAD Install

Have any one automated CAD install for IPCCX 4.x agents.We are upgrading IPCCX from 3.5.x to 4.0.x and need to touch every desktop if there are no options.

Hi Balukr,

Unfortunately, the auto-update feature was only introduced in 4.x. So in your case you will have to uninstall the currently installed CAD and then install the new version. From that point on, any updates on the server side will be pushed to the clients when the Agent Desktop is launched. I'm sure not exactly the good news you are looking for, but at least there's light at the end of the tunnel, eigh?

I know this feature is available from 4.x, our customer wants to automate the install process when we upgrade looks like there is no options.
