CAD migration from CRS 3.1 to 3.5

I have a CRS/IPCC.Express 3.1 with CAD Agents.

I must migrate CRS to 3.5 version.

Can I keep my agents?

Does an agent for CRS 3.1 work with CRS 3.5?

Hi,

After the migration of CRS , you have to uninstall the existing CAD/CSD and install the new version..

The uninstall order is as follows

a. Cisco Desktop Supervisor(if any)

b. Cisco Desktop Agent

c. Cisco Desktop Base.

If you are doing an upgrade from 3.1 -> 3.5 you do not need to uninstall any of the ICD components from the server. You do need to rerun the installer on the server for the 3.5 upgrade then upgrade the agents and the supervisors. Using backreved CAD/CSD is unsupported and will have unpredeictable results.
