CAD Recording issue

Hi everyone,

     is there any way to install UCCX Client Agent Desktop (CAD) in virtual Machine (Hyper-V or VMware)  while all of our Physicals PC`s cannot install Windows 32Bit and the Recording no working in windwos 64Bit?

Your missing some key details here. 

What version of UCCX? as I am assuming its under 10.6.1 if your still using CAD

What are you using for Recording platform or native?

Your PCs should still be able to install 32bit applications as well you may want to have your platform engineers look at why it wont install.

    yes, i use Ver. 10.0

     yes local Drive in that platforms not Support for Windows 32Bit

So If I understand you correctly you have Windows machines that are 64bit if thats the case you can still install CAD on those 64bit machines. I am curious what issue your running into there.
