CAD timeout failing

Getting the following error message

"The request failed because a timeout limit was exceeded"

Agents need to manually start IP Communicator. If the agent logs into Agent Desktop, and IP Communicator has not been started-that is, the device is not in service and registered with Unified CM -the agent may see the following error: "CTI Warning: The request failed because a timeout limit was exceeded".
