Calabrio Recording Controls not working In Finesse 11.6

Hi Guyz,

I was trying call cisco wfo recording controls in finesse but it is showing blank.

I've seen this behavior in certain browsers, while it worked fine in others. I would recommend testing in all three of the support browsers and version available to you while on UCCX 11.6(2)

Thank you for the response.

I have tired in all 3 browser ( Edge, Chrome & Firefox ) but still getting same result.

Any other suggestion ?

Well, edge is not supported, so no I question whether or not you tested in the 3 supported browser or not.

And before you say something about how old the FireFox verion requirement is...we know...we all complain about it all the time. Some people have had success with as high as FF 60 and non-ESR, but really, you're testing needs to start with the software requirements first, else you're chasing an unsolvable problem.
