Calabrio Support - Integration between CCX (12.5) and WFO QM (11.5)

Hello,

 

We're in the process of implementing CCX (12.5) and WFO QM (11.5)

However, I've been told that QM installation (Calabrio) has to be done by a certified Calabrio resource to be able to receive any type of technical support.

 

I can't find any support policies or articles regarding Calibrio support. Can anyone confirm if that is the true statement?


Cisco provides an installation document (https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/workforce_optimization/qm_11_5/installation/guide/qm-installation-guide-cisco-115.pdf) and looks like we can handle the installation and integration (with CCX) ourselves. I just want to make sure before we start working.
