call connect delayed of 20seconds

Dear Sir,

I have a question. when we try to make a STD call it takes 6seconds and ISD call it takes 20seconds to connect.

we tried to check in vendor mux to test. their STD it takes 5sec and ISD 11seconds. plz advice when the issue lags.

we use use cisco phones.

Please describe the call flow in more details. We need to know if this is off-net, on-net, is it en-bloc or digit by digit dialing, phone system and version, phone model.

For example phone 8851 registered to CUCM 11.5 goes off-hook and starts dialing digits one by one, after last digit the system waits X seconds before starting to dial, etc.

we user 9.x version CUCM. we have different type of model phoens(7940, 7942, 8811SIP, 7821SIP)

off late we have sudden call delay and at times calls gets disconnects. We called the vendor to check thier MUX. i am based out of Bangalore. we made STD it takes 6seconds and ISD it takes 11seconds. the same test we did from our desk. ISD it takes 22 seconds. Kindly advice on this.
