Call Disposition Code

Dear Experts,

Request your help to understand call disposition code in TCD as of now i only understood Call Disposition code 52 which is used when call is disconnected by agent. 

Please help me out to understand other important call disposition codes.

Look in the ICM admin shortcut folder, I think the name of the shortcut is Help or Schema Help. Do a search for disposition and you'll see all of them listed there.

Hi Deepak, There are so many call dispositions based on the call flow (e.g. normal voice agent call, outbound, rona ,abandon,handled by IVR), please refer schema guide for those details. @david.macias -- schema help is removed from administration tools ( from UCCE 11.5 release)
