i able to monitor Calls using Cisco Finesse supervisor Desktop but when
I am try to monitor active Calls using Cisco WFO when i am logged in using Supervisor account , i get the following error
" Extension is required to monitor calls ''

Unlike Finesse WFO does not know your extension.
Click on the Gear Wheel Icon in the top right then in the Phone Settings section enter your number in the extension field. Then click in the Device field and select your phone.
WFO will let you have the same extension on multiple devices so you must enter both your extension and select your device
