There is three types, SL positive, SL negative and SL ignored, which one you are looking for ?
In Short, Positive means you add the Abandoned within service level to the positive side (upper side), Negative means that the abandoned within service level are not used within the equation, SL ignored means that the abandoned within service level are ignored from the equation.
