Dear Members,
I'm trying to test a very basic custom Java class in CCX Editor following this link.
I did exactly the same and I was able to successfully see the class name under "Type" but the call is failing as soon as I dial the Trigger with "sorry we're experiencing system problems...".
I then noticed that the call is failing as soon as I declare a variable with type "add" even if I don't use the class method.
The same script works like magic if I delete this variable.
I tested 2 different classes and faced the same issue so I'm pretty sure that there is something missing after uploading the jar file and selecting it in "Custom File Configuration".
Could anyone advise what else needs to be checked/done?
