finesse Gadget Error

Hello,

I am having a problem that i am not able to load any 3rdpartygadget , I am attaching a screenshot that the gadget is not loading, i am using cisco sample gadget (Embedded web gadget) without even changing the url (Cisco.com) i am not able to see the website.

Any help is appreciated

Is it possible you're causing a mixed content error by loading an HTTP frame inside an HTTPS window? What happens if you change the URL to https://www.cisco.com?

I see that in the later/latest versions of the sample code, it is HTTPS, but maybe you have an older copy, or changed it without realizing it?

Seems like the gadget was uploaded and added to the layout fine.

How about checking the local logs?

Use the login with persistent connection, login, then in new tab open the locallogs window again, and then see if it says any error message there.

Hi,

I have similar issues in loading the external gadget In Finesse.

Upgraded the UCCE 11.5 to 12.6 and Finesse supports only HTTPS;   Converted the gadget to HTTPS uploaded the certificates in Finesse and Tomcat server (gadget application) however its returned error;

Appreciate any help or let how it is resolved.
