My manager wants to display the number of calls that are on hold in a certain queue on a diplay screen so all the agents can see it. Is there a simple way to accomplish this?

If you are using IPCC Express, you can activate a real time feed that populates two tables in the SQL server in IPCC Express.
You have to access, in the IPCCX Administration, Tools->Real Time Snapshoot Config'. If you select ?help fpr this page' you could see a description of the two tables: one is generic for all the system and the other has one row per CSQ in the system.
