My manager came to me and wanted to know is there a device that we can purchase that will notify the agents if there are calls backed up I the queue. I wanted to post here to see if anyone has done anything like this before and if so was it something you had to purchase or something I can do in CUCM?

There are many ways this could potentially be done, but part of it depends on what system you are using for the agents (i.e. UCCX, UCCE, PCCE, etc.)
