Hi
We are facing with the issue when the calls breaks out on PSTN. We have H.323 Gateway and whenever the calls are forwarded to the PSTN nos. if disconnect after 5 seconds. However if we check the MTP required Checkbox, everything works perfectly fine. But by using this workaround I think I am forcing every call to use MTP which should not be the ideal case. Please let me know how to proceed with this.
CUCM Version: 7.1.3

What other products in the Cisco Contact Center Suite are you using with your CUCM 7.1.3?

We are using the following products in Contact Center:
UCCE 7.5(6)
CVP 7.0(2)
Here the call flow in which I am facing the above issue is as below:
User will be calling to one of the UK Toll Free No. which is getting terminated on our IPCC H.323 VG in UK. Then from there as per the script configured it will land on IPCC phones in India. However during specific time frame it will get forwarded to India Mobile No. using our US H.323 gateway (due to Cost savings). Here the problem arise, all the IP Phones are working fine and we can call the PSTN nos. also from IPCC phones. But when the call comes via Toll Free No. and gets forwarded to India Mobile, we have to check the "MTP Required" on our US gateway to make things work otherwise the call will disconnect after 5 secs. I would really appreciate your help in this regard.
Regards,
Rohit
