CallsAnswerd in Agent_Skill_Group_Interval vs Termination_Call_Detail

Hello, 

 

I hope you are in good health, I have an issue to calculate the number of callsAnswerd based on Termination_Call_Detail for each agent.
I tried to use AgentPeripheralNumber in TCD but the result is different to callsAnswerd in Agent_Skill_Group_Interval. 

 

Can anyone help for this query.

How are you dictating CallsAnswered in the Termination_Call_Detail table? TCD has a record for each call leg
