Callsreportagainstother field in ICM DB

Hi All,

In the ICM database a column named "Callsreportagainstother" is listed under the table t_Calltype_SG_Interval table .When I checked the ICM schema doco for this field they explained like "Calls that were counted as CallsOfferedRouted but reported againstanother skill group. In note they say it  depends on the call disposition flag is 1.

Have any body seen a count in Callsreportagainstother field and when it will occur?

From TAC got a reply like this field is not used in IPCC/UCCE enviornment. Used when a TDM ACD can transfer the call to another skill group after being routed to the original skill group ,so at that time this field will be incremented.
