Can finesse team performance window display the called number of outbound calls in progress?
I have several supervisors asking if we can display the outbound called number of a call in progress. The Team Performance shows the call state (Talking) with the time in State (running count). The supervisors are asking if the number the agent dialed can be displayed as well. It currently is displayed in the Recent Call History - Agent Name but, they would like to see it as the call is in progress.

This is not available at the moment. However you can create a custom report that will show this.
