Can't connect to SSH

I can't seem to connect to our Contact Center Server.  Are there any services that need to be checked to be on?

Have you tried the SSH?, what is the output? error?, unable to connect? or user and password wrong?

 

do you have access to the ESXi?, you can reach the VM from there, and open a console, login with user and password. connect, and check for the services.

Hello.

What kind of contact center?, version?, can you reach it by ping?, Web?

 

You need to use the OS administrator user and password.

 

Also you can try to access from Hypervisor console without ssh.
