Can't log into AppAdmin

Hi! I've installed UCCX 5.0 and went through the initial setup successfully, but I can't log back into it. It successfully setup the CTI users on CM 6.0, but I can't log in using the AXL ID I specified at setup.

I can see the 2 new CTI users it created in "Application Users", but should it have created a CRSAdministrator user in CM as well? If not, shouldn't I be able to get in the CM administrator AXL ID?

What ID does CRS use for administration after the initial setup? The provided AXL ID? CRSAdministrator?

All set... CM is pointing to AD via LDAP for users and we did not have "Use LDAP Authentication for End Users" enbled, so appadmin logon just said "unauthorized".

did you try the initial logon.
