Outbound Dialer basically means UCCX is going to use a campaign to place calls. The destination number can be internal or external. Ideally, all the numbers (i.e. Contacts) should be grouped by country codes or timezones. This feature is more common with companies who focus on sales. If you don't mind me asking... how do you plan on using it?
