Can you install an SSL cert on UCCX 8.5?

trying to do an XML get from an HTTPS website and getting SSL handshake error in the UCCX script

These Certs have to be 'imported' into the Java Keystore; in order to import those Certs..you have to open a TAC..the appropriate engineer will perform this for you..
