Cannot able exclude some UCCX agent from Outbound Preview Dialer

Hi,

I have implemented UCCX 11 and configured outbound preview dialer. I want to exclude some UCCX agents from outbound preview dialing. Could you please help me to do this?

I have assigned separate resource groups for agents who need outbound preview dialing and who don't need this.

Hi,

All you need to do now is to assign that resource group to a CSQ and assign that CSQ to the outbound campaign.
