Cannot Perform Operation Error Cod:CTI-14

when I try to perform a direct transfer to another agent.

Hi Ligia.

 

1) According to CTI Protocol Developer Guide CTI-14 is reserved. So there is no any description there.

2) Does it happens when you make the transfer from Finesse? What happens if you make transfer from phone or consult transfer in Finesse?

Ok.

Let's assume that you have a logged in agent and a phone of another agent (but the agent is not logged in. It is just a phone).

So, if you make a direct transfer to the phone of not logged in agent? Will it work?

In case it is working but it does't if second agent would log in into Finesse it seems like something within dialog is preventing the transfer. Do you use any call variables? It can be related with length/symbols in call variables.
