Hi friends,
Have any one faced problem in ICM Sprawler after keeping a trace, when try to Save/Save_As downloaded trace logs it says xyz.zip file can't be downloaded. Print Snap attached
Actions taken:
- IE8 upgraded to IE9
- In IE9 Security set to Default. Portico added to Trust list.
- Diagnostics Portico Services restarted.
- System restarted.
- Another browser installed but the same error.
Is the error caused because of Logger size full?
