CCE Agent Answer - Call Transcript

Hi, 

The CCE Agent call transcript feature has been highly anticipated. However, the document does not contain the information I am looking for. We plan to implement this solution but need to understand its fundamental concepts.

Could you clarify the roles of Google Dialogflow? Specifically, is Dialogflow responsible for generating the call transcripts for the agent calls, or is this handled by CCAI?

What document are you looking for?
