CCE Reskilling Tool Not loading because of Apache Tomcat Crash

Just noticed the Apache Tomcat 9.0 has automatically stopped, found this error message in Event Viewer

The Apache Tomcat 9.0 Tomcat9 service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

After starting the Tomcat Service, the CCE Reskilling Tool worked again. Any reason

++ Look into tomcat stder, catalina, daemon logs that resides in C:\<icm install directory>\icm\tomcat\logs\

++ Windows event Viewer logs would be helpful.

The issue was for just one time, which pointed it to a Network blip.
