If my memory is correct, a Clock Sample gadget was available on the Finesse Dev Page. I was not able to find it anywhere. Can anyone help me with the same.

Thanks David, I had seen this thread before, and do recall on seeing a Analog Clock gadget in the sample gadgets list before, but unfortunately it has been removed.
Agents who are on a break receive "Not Ready-CTI Connection Failure on their Finesse Desktop" They are able to change the reason to "Not Ready" or "Ready" once they are back. Because of this, their metrics are affected. Already did checked on Finesse...
