CCMP Portal page log-in issue

When I log-in after CCMP OS restart, authentication failed occurs.
But, when I log-in a day later, it is normal.
Why can't I log-in right away after an OS restart?

After installing CCMP and restarting the OS, a problem occurs where Web login is not possible.
After some time, I can log in normally without any additional action, and if I restart the OS again, the same issue will reoccur.

Hi, how long are you giving to try it after a restart? 10 minutes? 30 minutes? An hour?

I think it's about 12 to 24 hours

That's strange, and there don't seem to be any defects that I could find that reference that. Have you opened a TAC case about it?

Are you using LDAP or local login for CCMP?

If it is LDAP, please check the Active Directory Instance added in ICE. If it's the local login, verify all services are up and running and also the Failover is also working (if you have a duplex model)
