CCO Access Type

I greatful if anyone can help me out.

Actually i have a standard Cisco CCO account, were i dont have privilage to download Cisco updates and other CCM packages. So is there other way where i can get this downlods?

BTW: Why Cisco don?t offer any updates or downloads for free has Microsoft do. For users who don?t have CCO account they face many obstacles to get any updates.

Hi,

I think that you need to associate your CCO login to a company that it has any kind of contract with Cisco (Reseller, gold partner, silver partner).

If not, you can not access a lot of sites on Cisco web page, included the download area, but noramlly, in this area you can only dowload patches not the full versions of the software, for example Callmaanger or IPCC Express or Enterprise.
