Is there a way that when webchat is enabled, that a response stating that the service /office is currently closed. Can this be set within a calendar / time of day setting?
No this is not possible for web chat functionality. TOD within UCCX is only applicable for Voice contacts as of now and not for Chat.Once a chat customer is connected to an agent, they can though send a pre defined response that we are closed but that I think is not what you are looking for.
