Good day.
Couple of years ago i faced with some manual about UCCX monitoring\recording limitations.
There was some info:Cisco responseable only for 2-3 minutes one agent a day for using this feature.
Now i am not able to find it.
I have to solve some problem with my Boss about this issue.
Please,if somebody remember where it was,i'll be glad for any help.
