Hello All,
I can see in the server (using wireshark) voice packets to/from a phone. The phone is configured for recording in Cisco Desktop Administrator, I use g711 and still see 1Kb files in the records directory. Any help?

Are you crossing a layer-three boundary between the phone/gateway and the SPAN NIC on the UCCX server?
The recording is done based on the layer-two MAC address. If you cross a router that gets lost.

I have the CCX Server (the only one, then the one that records) and the phone in the same VLAN. I have used Wireshark in the server and sees RTP packets, with one of the MACs (send or receive) the MAC of the agent phone.
