CCX Application Failure

Hi guys

 

I have a CCX Script Application which has a *.aef Script linked to it and has a Trigger. Everything is working fine but I am trying to clean up my Script Repository and rename some scripts. If I rename a script or move a script into another folder, I start getting an error message "I'm sorry we are currently experiencing system problems and are unable to process your call. Please try again later."

 

I have made sure that I have changed the script path/name on the CCX Script Application and Updated the script application but I can't seem to get this issue fixed. Can anyone help me out here please? The script works fine as I am not changing the script, only the name of the script or the path.

Is there anything in the script such as call sub flow that is affecting it?

What does MIVR log show?

A Call Sub flow was affecting this script. This is now fixed. Thank's for your help. Much appreciated.
