Hi,
I am using CCX Editor 11.6. While debugging an script i am getting error -
Engine hostname list is empty
Check the LDAP for enabled Unified CCX Engines.
i have entry in the hosts file as -
192.168.1.243 uccx12.ucce10.com
I am able to open UCCX administration app using
https://uccx12.ucce10.com/
I have been working on CCX 11.5. Then I installed CCX 11.6 to work with UCCX 11.6.
I can still work on CCX Editor 11.5. But CCX Editor 11.6 gives error while debugging scripts.
Also "C:\Program Files (x86)\wfavvid_1161" folder has not got any log directory. So i can not look for detailed errors.
Last try i can give is to uninstall CCX Editor 11.5.
Thanks,
Sukhadeo

Have you tried these solutions, common culprit was DNS entry:

Hi,
I have hosts and lmhosts file. But same error.
I followed the same steps and installed on other machine, it works.
Also cross checked the FQDN from UCCX CLI using "show tech network hosts" command.
Moreover it is not creating any log file under /log folder.
Thanks,
Sukhadeo.
