Hi Expert,
We have deployed CCX 11.6 and we have 80 premium seats but noticed that the total number of ports is only 100. I read from the guide that the IVR ports should be x 2 of the seats if it is on premium.
It this normal on version 11.6 or should we involve TAC on this? or just a cosmetic issue?

Hi,
In UCCX IVR port depends on OVA template. There are three OVA template in UCCX i.e. 100 Agents, 300 Agents and 400 agents. if you used 100 agents OVA template, you can not have more than 100 IVR port even if you use 200 agent license.
Please re-check on OVA part.
