Hello all,
First question is where to find in Cisco webthe patches for Windows 2003.1.2. Those are called SRs in the documentation, but I can not find.
Second is if somebody tested SQL_CDReuse_Utility_5.0.2_Installer to patcha working CCX (with SQL Server)
Third is that I have a CCX 5.0(2) installed, and the build is higher than the patch published for this version 5.0.2_SR01_Build053. Should I install the patch?
Last question is in which order should I install the patches. Windows, SQL, CCX perhaps? First standby or active server?
I have not been able to find this info.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

Hi.
1. you can download patch but you need CCO account which has the permission.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/ts/fn/620/fn62975.html
you can find the link Under Workaround/Solution heading, log in to CCO and down load .
Below is the path to download.
Voice and Unified Communications > Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 4.3 > Voice Applications OS and BIOS Updates
3. First OS, sql, ccx, start with publisher, subscribers ( must be installed all the servers in the cluster)
if it is usful rate it.
regards.
